Launched Agate Duty Free, pioneering Malaysia’s first “Duty Free Plaza” at Subang International Airport.
2005 – The Group
Rebranded as Plus Max and diversified into wholesale, trading, exports, infrastructure, oil & gas, IT, logistics, hospitality, property, education, and manufacturing.
2012 – Wholesale & Export
Built strong credibility in wholesale and export with bonded warehouses, modern logistics, and a wide distribution network.
2013 – Education
Established Bharathiyar Arts & Science College and Venkateshwara Higher Secondary School, nurturing future generations through quality education.
2018 – Duty-Free Expansion
Expanded to nine duty-free outlets across Malaysia, spanning airports, seaports, train terminals, and Langkawi.
2019 – Oil & Gas & Infrastructure
Ventured into oil & gas services through Growth Avenue Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, while building a strong presence in infrastructure and industrial solutions in India.
2021 – Hospitality
Opened Royal Agate Beach Resort in Langkawi, a boutique hotel renowned for its rooftop dining and sunset views.
2022 – Beverages Manufacturing
Acquired land in Scotland and Malaysia for a world-class integrated Beverages & Specialty Biochemicals manufacturing plant.
2023 – Plus Max FPO
Founded Plus Max Farmers Producer Organization in Tamil Nadu, India, to empower farmers through collective strength and guidance in cultivation.
2024 – Plus Max Naturals
Launched a state-of-the-art herbal extraction facility, producing premium standardized and organic extracts for nutraceutical, cosmetic, and wellness industries.
2025 – Healthcare & Manufacturing
Establishing a premier Medical College & Hospital to advance healthcare and education, alongside a Starch & Sago Manufacturing Unit for sustainable growth.
